Freya’s Story

Freya Gereke is a first generation German American, born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, living in the Pacific Northwest. As the queer daughter of an immigrants, generational Americans, and artists, the diversity in their community nourished a deep appreciation for global folk arts, and a great respect for Indigenous sovereignty. They have always been an avid outdoorsperson, gardener, and forager despite limited mobility, and their art is a way to pursue their passion for connecting people with wild places from within their studio.

Bespoke is Better

I enjoy sharing my skills with my students at workshops both for the public and in the form of private parties. Art parties are available for birthdays, baby showers, bachelor/ette parties, and more.

I periodically also offer custom watercolor paintings that capture your beloved pets, family recipes, or favorite botanicals. Watch my Instagram for future queue openings.
