Once your business has been assigned a unique wholesale code, its time to go shopping! Add prints, cards, stickers, and zines to your cart with no minimum purchase, even for wholesale! Use your unique wholesale code at checkout for a standard wholesale discount on all eligible products. Purchases over $500 also automatically receive free shipping.

You will be asked to fill out a quick wholesale account form. Then you will be provided with a unique discount code for the wholesale eligible items in my shop including all prints, cards, zines, stickers, and select fiber arts items.

Any registered business may be eligible for wholesale. I selectively work with businesses in which my art and products will contribute to an overall theme, culture, or ethic of nature-appreciation, community building, and sustainability.

Purchasing from Odd Fox & Fern supports a disabled queer artist and supplies you with high quality handmade goods for your customers. Everything in my shop is designed, illustrated, formed, printed, and packaged by the one person who is obsessively dedicated to quality, customer relationships, and clear communication.
All of your emails go through just one person as well, so no playing telephone between departments or wondering whether the next person to answer your messages knows what you told the last guy. I handle all wholesale orders from communication, to production, to packing and shipping. I am personally available to answer your questions at every step.

Consignment is negotiated on a case by case basis depending on the business. If I determine your business is a good fit for consignment, most of my products will be available to you, including some items that are typically ineligible for the wholesale discount.

Shop Policies
Orders are dropped off with the carrier within 7 days of being placed. Wait time for USA domestic orders once shipped varies depending on location and is usually 7-14 business days but shipping time may vary. Unfortunately, due to wide variation in distance, customs, and other factors, I cannot provide arrival estimates for international orders.
Exceptionally large orders may take longer to prepare for shipping. If that’s the case, you will be notified via email and may be asked to confirm a revised timeline.
Wholesale orders may be eligible for delivery within the Portland Metro area at no additional cost. Please inquire about scheduling a delivery prior to placing your wholesale order.
Cancellations will be accepted so long as the cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase AND the item has not yet shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
If you have questions or concerns about the product you've received, please email oddfoxandfern@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Late notice may result in refund refusal.
Missing or damaged shipments must be addressed through the carrier. All mail carriers have an internal mail recovery process you will need to follow using your tracking info and order confirmation. Orders are fully insured with the carrier and claims must be filed within 60 days of the ship date.
